The ground floor of
Villa (pool level) has:
- 2 bedrooms; one double bedded and another with two single beds. Having in mind the needs of a good and quality rest our bedrooms are fitted with premium mattresses for ultimate sleep.
- Bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
- Modern and fully equipped kitchen including dining table and chairs come with all must-have appliances to make your cooking easy.
- Living room decorated with artworks specially selected to create a relaxing atmosphere, comfortable corner sofa, and the latest technology smart 3D TV.
- 25 m2 spacious covered terrace, equipped with a large dining table and chairs and two sun lodgers to relax during lazy summer afternoons. From the extra-large terrace, you can enjoy sea view and the view over swimming pool.
The first floor of villa is accessed by an external stairs and has:

Villa Mendula is fully air-conditioned and indoor and outdoor covered with wireless internet access.
Facing the pool, there is a shaded gazebo with BBQ, and outdoor solar shower, the sunloungers (10 pcs), extra tables (4 pcs) and sunshades (4 pcs) to enjoy and relax.
The
lavish sundeck on each
side of the pool offers a
divine choice of spots to catch the sun rays
throughout the entire
day.
Decorative lighting that spans throughout the garden, illuminated pool and numerous candles create an unforgettable atmosphere of a warm summer night.
Villa
Mendula is family-friendly accommodation, so baby gear is provided;
high chair (2pcs), the crib (2 pcs), protective fences for a child
that is attached to an ordinary bed (2 pcs), baby stroller (1 pcs) so
parents can pack lightly. The terraces are enclosed by a child's
fence. We have a children's playpen so babies can stay safe outside.
There are 3 private parking places, free of charge.

During the months of JUNE - JULY - AUGUST -SEPTEMBER, reservations are possible on a weekly basis (7 -14 - and more nights).
During other months, reservations are possible every day of the week for a minimum of 3 nights.
A refundable damage deposit of € 100, is required upon check-in. The deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.

PAYMENT POLICIES:
• Advance amount for confirmation: 30%
• Remaining balance (70%) within 60 days before the check-in date
SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY IN CASE OF TRAVEL BAN:
• There will be a 100% refund for cancellation of reservation in case of a TRAVEL BAN.
Note: In case of activation of the travel restrictions or suspension of flights for a period of less than 14 days before the arrival of the guest in the accommodation, there will be a 100% refund.
A 100% refund will be issued back to the original payment method.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY:
• 100% refund for cancellation of reservation more than 90 days before the check-in date.
• 50% refund for cancellation of reservation 60 days before the check-in date.
• 0% refund for cancellation of reservation less than 60 days before the check-in date.

Villa Mendula
We had such a great time at Renata! The house is about 3 Min on foot to the beach, it has a beautiful bio-garden with different kind of vegetables. We enjoyed the freshly picked tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and zucchinis during our stay. The pool at the house is a paradise even for the bigger kids. The kitchen is fully equipped. A quick grocery shopping is 5 Min to go, but you can get yummy pizzas within 10 Min walk. It was an amazing one week holiday for our kids and for all the grown ups. Thanks Renata for your hospitality!

The house was very well equipped: nice kitchen (everything you need is there), nice garden+ swimmingpool, large beds, good bathrooms,airco,vegetable garden ( tasty!). 2 minutes walk to a small beach, several restaurants on walking distance,very quiet area. And hostess was very helpful!!!!

This is the place to be if you want to relax and enjoy everything that the Croatian coast has to offer.
We really enjoyed our time here and everything you need is within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, and a small supermarket.
The hosts Branko and Renata were also great. Highly recommend and will be back when we visit Čiovo again.

Es war perfekt! Alles sauber und gepflegt, tolle Lage und besonders erwähnenswert sind die Fensterläden durch die man die Zimmer komplett verdunkeln kann sowie die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern und Balkontüren!
Die Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Gerne wieder.

We had a great stay in Branko and Renata’s property. The apartments were spotlessly clean and were very well equipped. We used the pool a lot and also had the benefit of the beach at the end of the road where you could hire pedalos and SUPs. Grocery shops and restaurants were a short walk away.

We were 10 persons between 20 and 26 and we had a really nice stay. Great location, really nice hosts, good communication and only 20 minutes away from the airport with taxi. Of course you have a lot of neighbours around you at this place, so loud music is not the best idea in the evening. All in all we had a really nice summer vacation and we would come back again.

Great villa for 2 families with children. The pool was superb with plenty of space outside, including a BBQ area and many sun shades. Apartments were well equipped and the owners were very helpful. Very close to rocky local beach for snorkelling and swimming and small shop only a 5 minute walk away. 25 minute walk to larger Copacabanna beach with numerous bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Uteområde var fantastisk med god plass overalt, stort basseng som var reint, badehåndklede og liggeunderlag fulgte og med, i tillegg stort bord og benker under skygge som ble brukt som spisebord for alle. Det var god plass inne med alt nødvendig utstyr.

We were two families staying one week in Villa Mendula. 4 adults and 5 children from 1 year to 6 year. The toys that came with the house were perfect activities in the garden and in the pool for our kids. Also the grill and outside eating place were perfect. We enjoyed a stay at local beach once a day, not far from the house. We strongly recommend villa mendula!

Beautiful and peaceful place and very nice and welcoming hosts! Pictures are very realistic. The garden and terrace are spacious as well as the pool which is beautifully lighted at night. The house is cool which is nice in hot summers. All the basics in the kitchen (like oil, salt/pepper, tea etc) and bath room (shampoo etc.) are present, which is very convenient. We even found a nice bottle of wine in the fridge and fresh strawberries at our arrival, perfect!! Thanks again Renata and Branko!
